    I am a Real Estate agent and my client relationships are extremely important. I use Chris Rocha with Master Contracting very often. I feel confident recommending him to my clients so much so that I use him on my own properties (Homestead & investment). He has done a great job for me and my clients. He and his crew are extremely reliable, professional and they do great work at a reasonable price. What I appreciate about Chris is that he communicates well throughout the job.     Chris with Master Contracting did a great job on my flip. He did painting, flooring, cabinets, power washing, landscaping, sheet rock work, framing, refinish cabinets and punch out. The house got under contract in 5 days. Dealing with contractors is half the battle lol. Chris has fair pricing and would definitely use him on my next flip. See more See less

    As a Realtor, my clients depend on me to have reliable people who can provide all types of services. I was referred to Master Contracting by a colleague and I am so glad I reached out to Chris with Master Contracting. My clients were needing someone to work on some wood rot on the home they were selling. We were in a bind because the previous contractor who was going to do the job bailed last minute. Chris came through with a very fair estimate and was able to start on the job that next day. I know who I am calling or recommending next time someone is needing a trustworthy and fair company.     My garage casing was deteriorating and I needed the wood to be replaced and painted to match the house. Chris was very professional and efficient.     Chris and his team repaired my foundation on my house, quite close to the ground. His team are miracle workers, raised my house and got it to the standard foundation height with little to no tampering of my floors or anything. Their work is A+ and would recommend them!     Master Contracting is top notch! Chris and his whole team do amazing work. My wife and I needed paint, drywall, water heater, water pipe routing, new bathrooms, carpentry around windows and much more done and Master Contracting kept these projects moving and they held themselves to a high standard. They’re also just all around great to work with. Anyone who’s renovated a home before knows that unexpected issues come up and MC handles them with professionalism, quality communication, and works to find solutions quickly! They take pride in their work and go the extra mile to get it done right. Chris is very detailed and takes his time to do continous quality inspections.     We bought a house in March of 2022 for the beautiful land. The house, however, was unlivable. My husband thought tearing it down would be best, however, we decided to salvage it—maybe as a guest house. However, by the time Chris and his crew were finished, it has become our much loved home. Chris is super easy to work with and tries hard to be good to his customers and crew. He goes the extra mile to accommodate wants, needs, and budgets. He did such a super job and is so nice to work with, that we have continued to use him for multiple projects even after the major renovation was done. See more See less
